SMS Consent Communication

The information (Phone Numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Program Description

U.S. Pallet & Crate SMS messages are intended to provide you with telecommunications assistance for appointment scheduling and reminders, follow up messages, and billing inquiries. You may opt out of these communications at any time. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message Frequency

The number of SMS messages that you receive from U.S. Pallet & Crate will vary depending on the type of communication. For example, you may receive up to 30 SMS messages per week related to your appointment reminders, follow up messages and billing.

Potential Fees & Costs

Message and data rates may apply to each SMS message sent or received in connection with U.S. Pallet & Crate SMS messages, as provided in your mobile telephone service rate plan (please contact your mobile telephone carrier for pricing plans), in addition to any applicable roaming charges and may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally. USPalletAndCrate does not impose a separate fee for sending SMS messages; however, you are responsible for any fees imposed by your mobile carrier of any kind whatsoever.

Donations

U.S. Pallet & Crate does not currently solicit or receive any type of donations via SMS. If we decide to initiate a donation campaign in the future, it will be clearly stated and require explicit user consent.

How to Opt-In

To opt-in to receive SMS messages from U.S. Pallet & Crate in the following ways: On our website by submitting the webform https://uspalletandcrate.com/ or by business card.

How to Opt-Out

To stop receiving SMS messages from U.S. Pallet & Crate at any time. To do so, simply reply “STOP” to any SMS message you receive. If you do not wish to receive SMS messages, you can choose not to check the SMS consent box on our forms. Alternatively, you can contact us directly to request removal from our messaging list.

You acknowledge that you may then receive one (1) final message from U.S. Pallet & Crate confirming your opt-out of SMS. Following such confirmation message, no additional text messages will be sent to you unless you re-activate your subscription.
